  • Any building that needs structural modifications in order to be moved, additional costs will incur.
  • Driver reserves the right to reject a move job if the building is deemed unsafe to move.
  • Over the road moves, max height 13′ 3″ – max width 16′
  • BUILDING MUST BE EMPTY & disconnected from any power, water or sewer source.

  • Base pricing

    10′ x 10-40′ $1,000
    12′ x 12-24′ $1,400
    12′ x 28-40′ $1,500
    14′ x 20-40′ $2,250
  • Additional pricing

    After 2 hours traveled $200 per hour driving time
    Skid installation $400
    Skirting removal $200
    Skirting re-installation $600
    Moves with drywall (drywall will crack in transit) $350
    Loading / Unloading
    *Average load/unload time for 10×20 is approximately 1 hour. Anything bigger than 10×20, expect 2+ hours    		 $150 per hour
    Rear pilot escort (if required) $175 to show up and $2.05 per mile
    Pilot escort with a high pole (if required) $180 for pilot to show up and $2.20 per mile
